Our repertoire is diverse: whether exciting, fun, mysterious, creative or cosy – we have something for every taste. And if something is still missing, we are happy to design new events to suit our customers’ tastes.

We are proud to say that we were the first. The first to develop unusual rallies through Berlin 25 years ago. We started with a bang, and the mission that Berlin should get banged up. Together with the iconic city magazine Zitty, we organised illustrious rallies through the capital. What made it special was not only the innovative idea of staging scavenger hunts for adults, but also the fact that all participants were single. This may sound rather archaic to younger readers, but analogue dating was actually a thing before Tinder and co. At the latest during the evening parties after the rallies, people matched without swiping at all. With this success it was clear that it wasn’t just singles who liked the rallies.

From then on, we stirred up the workforce of the companies with the rally concept, which was still unusual at the time. Since then, we have been passionate about organising exciting team events in Berlin that strengthen the community of companies, departments and other groups.

We want to create communicative experiences and encourage people to see themselves and others from a new perspective. To create a framework that enables people to broaden their horizons, discover talents and adopt different points of view. We are convinced that shared experiences strengthen team cohesion in the long term and liven up every day working life. That’s why we enjoy creating moments in which groups can grow together, and people can get to know each other in new ways.

And of course, we want to present Berlin as it is – with all its different people, corners and edges – mostly endearing, often bizarre, always surprisingly different and constantly changing. For us, Berlin is the perfect place for team events, because the sparkling diversity of this city creates unique memories time and time again. As Berlin experts, we keep a close eye on what is happening in the capital and which interesting spots and encounters we want to bring closer to our participants.

The aim of our team events is always to ensure that ALL participants enjoy themselves. Despite the large total number of participants, we want it to be fun and beneficial for everyone, for every individual to feel comfortable and for there to be a common denominator that interests everybody. Therefore, we always focus on those who are reluctant or afraid of group activities, creativity and new challenges, when designing our events. After all, it is crucial to involve everyone and thus create a great group dynamic and fun at the event. The team spirit should develop on its own during the events and not be demanded from outside. This requires tact, ambition, charm and humour. We try to realise all of these aspects with a lot of love and commitment in the planning and implementation of our events.

It is very important to us to maintain a friendly, open and transparent relationship with customers and other business partners.
